Targeted offers and rewards can be selectively presented to certain customers based on their profile or purchase history. For example, certain offers can be presented to only loyal customers who answered survey questions or another offer can go to repeat customers who frequented your cinema two weekends in a row. This allows your program administrator to target different customer profiles to claim the offer and easily retract or modify the offer based on positive response. Offers and rewards are managed through a voucher system that can be measured, redeemed, and verified using the customer’s mobile application or the CallConnect system.

 

Surveys, Feedback & Trivia

Mobile Loyalty App, in conjunction with VIP Memberships, has shown to be a very effective way of getting information from customers. If customers know their feedback and answers are used effectively by the theater, they will answer a wide range of questions. Brief 1 question surveys can be presented on the mobile application as the customer enters the theater for the pre-show, exits the theater, randomly throughout any day and at times when the theater is interested in building a list of customers that fit some criteria (ie. Who hasn’t seen Star Wars yet?) so they can present a special offer just for those customers based on their survey responses. Pre-show trivia (the day before they go to the movie or as they enter the theater) can be a great way to interact with customers to allow them to win rewards they can redeem at the theater or participating third-parties outside the theater such as neighboring businesses and services.
