CallConnect™ Installation at Fridley Theatres in Waukee, Iowa

In March, Venue Valet completed a full CallConnect™ installation at the newest Fridley Theatres location in Waukee.The project included the installation of custom multi-color edge-lit acrylic call button brackets mounted to the front of each recliner armrest in all eight full-service dine-in auditoriums. The seating components were provided by Encore and integrated with the complete CallConnect™ platform, including Vista POS integration for seamless food and beverage service management.

The CallConnect™ system allows guests to request service directly from their seats, helping theater staff respond quickly and efficiently while enhancing the overall dine-in cinema experience.The installation included:
