CallConnect™ QR Code Mobile Service: Level One
The most basic use of the CallConnect™ Scan for Service system is as a seamless alternative to a traditional physical call button. Traditionally, a CallConnect™ call button is installed directly into your recliner, allowing guests to request service with the simple press of a button.
With CallConnect™ QR Code Scan for Service Technology, guests can instead scan the QR code located at their seat or table before or during the show and instantly access a mobile-friendly “Call for Service” option directly from their smartphone.
In addition to requesting service, guests can view important show details such as movie runtime information and your posted “Last Call” timing, helping them conveniently place additional food and beverage orders with staff before service ends.
Once the “Press for Service” option is selected, an alert is immediately displayed on the CallConnect™ Operations Management Dashboard, identifying the guest’s exact auditorium, row, and seat location. Your food service staff can then respond quickly and efficiently to complete the order and enhance the overall guest experience.
