Venue Valet hosted a Dine-In Cinema Summit in Austin, TX from November 12 until November 14, 2018 to bring the industry leaders in Dine-In cinema together in one place to collaborate and become familiar with one another and with what's available in the market in the interest of continuing to move the Dine-In cinema market forward.

There was experienced and new theater owners, operators and staff from many different Dine-In cinema locations and chains in attendance as well as vendors that provide valuable products and services that are specific to the Dine-In cinema market. The atmosphere was a productive way to engage with cinema professionals to improve operations, become more educated on products and services that are being used or developed, and share strategies to grow and improve the market.

Theater Owner/Operator/Staff Attendee Information

We are inviting any theater owner/operator or staff to attend this summit free of charge. The only cost will be the travel expense to get to Austin, TX as well as the lodging. Transportation to and from the summit events will be provided. All that is required is each attendee register online!

Vendor Attendees & Sponsorship Information

Listed below are several different ways for vendors to get involved with the summit through sponsorship and active participation in events. We are happy to help get as many interested vendors involved as possible. We are asking that each vendor select a category of sponsorship ranging from $500 to $4500 and then be a part of the summit by applying that sponsorship to different events and costs that will help make the summit a successful experience from start to finish for all those that attend. We are asking that sponsorships be paid for in full by October 10, 2018. If a vendor does not want to be a sponsor, vendors can attend by paying $200 per attendee if paid on or before October 15, 2018. After October 15, the registration rate will be $225 per attendee. Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorships can be shared amongst several vendor sponsors and can also be exclusive to one vendor - just ask! Below is a tentative list of sponsorship opportunities that will allow any level of sponsorship participate in the summit experience.

Opportunity I
"Welcome Happy Hour" hosted at Moonshine Patio Bar and Grill
You will have the opportunity to have a presentation in front of the attendees as well as provide them food and beverage from one of Austin’s favorite locally owned restaurants in the heart of downtown. You can learn more about this iconic restaurant at www.moonshinegrill.com.

Opportunity II
“Sixth Street at its Finest” hosted at Esther’s Follies Comedy Show - Private Showing
Esther’s Follies is Austin’s modern day vaudeville theatre located on the infamous sixth street in Austin that incorporates magic, juggling, singing, dancing and sketches on current events. Opportunity III
Transportation Sponsorship - you will have the opportunity to sponsor coach buses traveling to each event. You will be able to speak to the attendees, provide them any items you wish them to have, as well as beverages and light snacks indicative of Austin.

Opportunity IV
No one can come to Austin and not visit the Broken Spoke that has been around since 1964. Attendees will enjoy boot scootin’ live music in this honky tonk bar while eating chicken fried steak (as well as other southern delectables). Opportunity V
